Work in this phase of Bentley master-planned community development includes construction of 48 homes, at the intersection of 100th Avenue NE and NE 145th Street, in the north of Kirkland. The project will be designed and constructed by Washington-based home developer Element Residential.
The company will offer seven distinct floor plans, with the option of four to six bedrooms. The homes will vary in area in the range of 3,337 to 4,614 square feet, which will sit on an average plot of 10,124 square feet.
The homes will feature ample outdoor open spaces. The project forms the last phase of Bentley master-planned community. Construction on the first 24 homes is scheduled to begin in June 2012.
