Dudley’s is currently located at Dudley Square, at Maxwell and Mill streets, and it will be closed for relocation by December 2009. The new building is located at 267 West Short Street.
Dudley’s will occupy the first and second floors of its new building, and the head of the design construction firm that is handling the renovation will be housed on the third floor.
The building, built in the 1800s, features high ceilings and an attractive staircase. Dudley’s will add more big doors that open up on the sidewalk for a sidewalk dining experience.
The kitchen of the restaurant will be located on the first floor. Private dining rooms will be on the second floor, which can house 20 to 70 people. The rooftop garden is designed to accommodate space for dining.
