The leasing LIUNA Centre is a seven-story, 152000 feet project with one level of underground parking. The project will also include a state of the art convention center.
LIUNA Centre will be the Oakville’s first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified office building with international accepted standards of LEED in the building industry.
The construction work started in August 2008 and is scheduled for completion in February 2010.
The project was designed by Daniel Cusimano Architect Inc. The owner is LPF Realty Office Inc.
