The facility will be developed by Atlanta-based Bishop Company in different phases. It will comprise a 16-screen movie theatre with dining and retail outlets which will be connected with a footpath. The cinema will feature a pair of large screens, and will be equipped with digital technology. It will comprise stadium-style seating which will have a capacity to house nearly 3,000.
The mall will imbibe a host of eco-friendly elements. It includes incorporation of a white reflective roof which will serve as a heat repellent. Heat gain will also be reduced by planting multiple trees in the property’s parking area.
The initial phase of the project is due to commence by mid-2013 with completion of construction scheduled for 2014 or early 2015.
