Florida Atlantic University Football Stadium has been designed by architects HKS and Schenkel Shultz. The total value of the project is estimated to be $70 million.

The architects have designed the stadium to offer seating space to 30,000 spectators, with room for future expansion up to the capacity of 65,000 seats. The stadium will have 24 suites, 26 loge boxes, a four-level press box, over 1000 outdoor premier club seats, more than 4000 priority club seats, an indoor, air-conditioned 8000 square-feet premier club, accessible only by seat holders of suites, loge and premier club.

The stadium will also have a 16,000 square feet, covered outdoor priority club in the priority and premier club levels, again accessible by only suites, loge, premier and priority club seat holders. The architects have given wider premium seats that render more comfort to the fans. The south zone of the stadium features a student-and-band-only section.
