This five-star luxury hotel and multi-residential project will mark the debut of St. Regis in Jordan. It will be located in Abdoun, a posh neighborhood of Amman that houses embassies and ambassadors’ residences.
The design of the new project will be strongly influenced by the history, culture and rich traditions of Jordan. The 270-room hotel will feature 91 suites, four restaurants and a supper club. It will also feature a café, ballroom, bar, pool and pool bar, spa and fitness centre.
The Residences at St. Regis Amman will consist of 80 branded units. ForrestPerkins will design one- to five-bedroom apartments, lobby, fitness center and gourmet shops within the residential segment of the development.
New York-based Perkins Eastman Architects will be the Architect of Record for the project. The luxury mixed-use development is scheduled to open in 2014.
