The Mack-Cali Realty Corporation unit provided general contracting services on behalf of Sutman Princeton Associates. Seth A Leeb was the architectural firm for the project.
The new offices house approximately 80 employees, consisting of administrative, research, executive, and marketing staff.
Gale was responsible for renovating the 5,000 square feet space on the first floor featuring a reception area, IT support, an employee lunch room, and a business operations area along with the 20,000 square feet space on the third floor featuring an executive area with supporting library, conference rooms, and administrative space consisting of 27 private offices, 45 workstations, and various support rooms.
