The Gale South Beach Hotel is located at 1690 Collins Ave on the Miami beach. The hotel was built in 1941. Menin Hotel has roped in ADD Inc Miami, a US-based architectural practice, for the renovation and design of the Gale South Beach hotel. The project is aimed at infusing new life into the old facility.
Upon completion of the renovation project, the hotel will feature 89 guestrooms complete with modern accommodations and amenities. The hotel will have three restaurants, including Lugo Cafe and lounges.
Additional amenities at the hotel include an 8000 square feet rooftop terrace, and infinity pool with city and ocean views. The renovation scheme is set for completion by the end of 2012.
