With direct connection to Clear Lake, the Peninsula at Clear Lake involves development of 34 single family homes overlooking the lake. The company is offering eight different homes, which vary in area in the range of 2130 square feet to more than 3993 square feet.
The eight floor plans include Stanford, Cornel, Oxford, Harvard, Dartmouth, Berkeley, Georgetown, and Brown. Cornell, Harvard and Berkeley are single storey homes, while the remaining are double storey homes.
Cornell, with an area of 2,130 square feet, is the smallest home and includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two car garage. Harvard has an area of 2500 square feet and has three bedrooms, two baths and a three car garage. Berkeley’s four bedroom, two baths and two car garage are accommodated in a 2330 square feet area.
The other homes (with an exception of Brown) are four bedroom units with up to two and a half baths and up to three car garages. The Brown homes are five bedroom units with three and a half bath and two car garage.
