The company, which assembles furniture and makes seating and upholstery for office and residential companies, has outgrown its present office in Cascade Township, says Jeff Agar, the general manager of Genesis.
The 148,000 square feet office spread across 36 acres near Gerald Ford International Airport, previously housed Yamaha Musical Products. The renovation of the space will begin after Genesis moves in to the building next month with its 90 workers.
