Sprawling over 21 acres, the new INR600 crore ($1,115,340) Godrej Summit project will consist of 11 high rise towers, including approximately 1,200 homes across two million square feet of space. With unit sizes starting from 1250 square feet to 4500 square feet, the new project will offer two, three and four bedroom apartments beside penthouses.
Upon completion, Godrej Summit will offer various amenities including a modern community centre, a well-equipped gym,, swimming pools, meditation areas and a café. Sports facilities such as a squash court, a tennis court, a badminton court, a multipurpose court, a jogging track and a skating rink will also be part of the project. It will also include nursery and primary schools, as well as retail spaces, for the benefit of the customers.
Including sustainability elements in its design, the residential community will use eco-friendly materials and integrate environment-sensitive passive architectural solutions to minimise the carbon emissions. It will also incorporate rainwater harvesting and solar heating, and natural lighting schemes. Furthermore, 80% of the project will be covered in landscaped gardens and open spaces.
The price of the flats will start from INR75 lakh ($13,941).
