Chang was selected from a list of 208 finalists by a team of BD+C editors to the honor rolls which recognizes some of the brightest stars in the construction and design industry.
Joining Ellerbe Becket as a medical planner in 1998, Chang rose to become the principal-in-charge of marketing for the company’s Washington DC office in 2007 before being named as the expertise leader for healthcare for the firm.
Currently he directs strategic and operational decisions of Ellerbe Becket’s healthcare division on a global basis besides serving as planning principal for some of the company’s large and complex healthcare projects.
His project experience includes Samsung Cancer Center, University Hospital, Khalifa Orthopedic Sports Medicine Hospital and the OU Cancer Institute at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center.
