The blue, white and gold scheme is also Crown Princess Victoria’s preferred colors for the wedding. The Hästens Royal Bed is being offered in standard bridal colors – lavish white with subtle accents in sumptuous gold.
The bed is designed with special oak legs featuring a luxurious brushed brass base. Each corner of the bed is adorned with a detachable stylish brushed brass crown. Beautiful gold embroidery on the base displays the name of the bed and the firmness of the mattress.
The limited edition series is available in Queen, King and California King and is being offered in soft, medium, firm or extra firm tensions. The beds are available with Hästens premiere BJX top mattress.
The Hästens Royal is handmade using the natural materials and the patented spring system to offer a combination of performance and quality sleep. Natural fibers such as non-allergenic horsehair, cotton, wool and flax allow the bed to breathe, making it suitable for regulating body temperature.
The specially designed Hästens Royal Bed will be given as a wedding gift to the royal couple. The royal wedding will take place on June 19, 2010. This exclusive bed will be available in select Hastens stores around the world for a limited time during 2010.
