The 225-room hotel will operate 173 rooms in the first phase. Rest of the rooms will be operational in the second phase. It will be managed by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG’s) brand Holiday Inn.

The hotel will have an all day dining restaurant ‘Saptami’ with 103 covers, lobby bar ‘72’, specialty restaurant ‘Road House’ with 120 covers, and ‘Saptami Express’ which will offer cakes, pastries, sandwiches and coffee. Other facilities at the hotel include rooftop infinity pool, spa and health club, executive lounge, business center and 3,500 square feet ballroom, which can be divided into three equal parts for smaller functions. Suites will be operational in the second phase.

It is expected that the hotel will be fully operational by June 2010.
