As a part of the project, the guest rooms, junior suites, and corridors will undergo renovation. All furniture will be designed specifically to fit the unique attributes of each room.
Exhibiting touches of Aspen with warm tones, the refurbished rooms will create a residential feel and offer highest level of comfort to guests where they can customize the accommodations to suit personal needs and also conserve energy.
The control systems of the rooms will utilize the most up-to-date technological advances in lighting, music, television, and temperature. With LED lighting to ensure a soft, pleasant glow in the rooms and sensors in each room to shut off all of the lights, fireplace, and reduce the temperature two to three degrees upon exiting, the hotel is set to be energy efficient. Each room will also have Control4 wireless system to shut down all energy use in the room.
