The 15-storey InterContinental Mendoza features 180 guestrooms, inclusive of 24 suites. A completed second tower with an additional 72 rooms will be available shortly, bringing the total number of rooms to 252, inclusive of 36 suites.
Other amenities in the property include 11 meeting rooms spanning a total of 22,500 square feet, including a 12,000 square feet ballroom, a 18,000 square feet of pre-function space, a full-service spa named Deyabu, swimming pool, gym and restaurant.
Owned by KLP Emprendimientos S.A, InterContinental Mendoza is the 18th InterContinental Hotels & Resorts property in Latin America and the Caribbean, with three additional currently under construction. The property is IHG’s second InterContinental in Argentina, joining with the InterContinental Buenos Aires.
