The six storey new-build hotel features 160 rooms, eight meeting rooms totaling 800 square metres, a pool deck, a fitness center, bar and restaurant. Amenities at the hotel also include latest in audio-visual equipment in the meeting rooms, WiFi and high-speed internet.

The hotel’s design offers a residential atmosphere with natural, fresh colour palette. All bathrooms feature designer showerheads, shower curtain with curved rod and new amenities.

Business-focused necessities such as ergonomic work station, data ports, complimentary high-speed Internet access in guestrooms, WiFi capabilities, which will allow guests to conduct conference calls for up to six participants, are also a part of the hotel.

Each room will also include the standard Holiday Inn guestroom accommodations such as comfortable double, queen or king-sized beds, a sitting area with a lounge chair, cable television, hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. 

The hotel is owned and managed by Latin American Hospitality Management, San Salvador-based Grupo AGRISAL’S ‘s Hotel Division, under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group.

The opening of the new hotel marks the completion of the $1 billion Holiday Inn global brand relaunch, which includes a focus on quality, improved arrival and welcome features, enhanced bedding and showers, a ‘Stay Real’ service culture and a new, up to date look, including a redesigned logo and signage.
