The store is located at the Pinecrest shopping centre, near Highway 417 and Greenbank Road. The new facility, spanning 427,000 square feet, is slated to be the brand’s largest store. The building will comprise 55 room settings, three full home displays, and 36 cash lanes. Among other features are a new play zone dedicated to children, a restaurant with a seat capacity of 640, as well as 1200 parking areas out of which 600 will be covered.
The store will employ several eco-friendly measures such as high-performance heating and cooling units. Installation of other green features like water-efficient plumbing systems along with skylights will add to the sustainability.
