The building is the fourth Infosys building to secure Platinum certification. The facility imbibes various green features including radiant-cooling technology which is the first in an Indian commercial building. The building has been equipped with highly-efficient glazing, adequate shading and a radiant cooling system. These, coupled with efficient chillers, pumps and fans, efficient lighting system and advanced building automation, create 40% energy savings compared to ASHRAE standards.

The building has been fitted with high-performance plumbing fixtures and reclaims water to cut down water usage by 48%. Further, 100% of waste water from the campus is treated on site, decreasing potable water consumption.

The facility has been designed to maximise natural light penetration in more than 90% of the office space, which in turn reduces energy usage for lighting. It has incorporated light shelves along all windows to allow deep passage of natural light inside. The building has also employed measures to monitor CO2 levels in its interior and upgrade indoor air quality.

The building makes use of 18% of reclaimed materials such as aluminum, glass, steel, plywood and tiles. In addition, 38% of its materials have been manufactured regionally.
