Al Suwaiket Group is a leading diversified business group based in Saudi Arabia. Trinity is a US-based builder of custom superyachts. Al Suwaiket Group and Trinity Yachts announced the formation of a partnership at the 2009 Dubai International Boat show.

IYC displayed 67 meter purpose built sport utility vessel named Allure Shadow at the show. The yacht features a helicopter deck and accommodation for up to 12 guests in six spacious staterooms. Each stateroom is equipped with a private balcony.

Allure Shadow has climate controlled two-story hangar designed for entertaining large groups, comprising a raised DJ balcony and sound system. An exercise room and a large steam room for up to seven people are also featured in the boat. In order to meet entertainment demands, the yacht features game room with poker table, game table, board games, satellite TV and an Xbox 360. Allure Shadow also features a movie theater with reclining leather loungers.

The main deck features ten large oval windows to offer plenty of natural light. Sky lounge deck and open plan dining in the split-level dining salon, which seats up to 12 people, are other distinct features of the yacht. Allure Shadow is designed to accommodate all the water toys including a 10 meter RIB, four wave runners, four kayaks, four Laser sailboats, two motor scooters and two bicycles.

Recently, Trinity Yachts has delivered 50.5 meter tri-deck motoryacht named Red Sapphire. The yacht features an aluminum hull and superstructure and is powered by twin MTU 16V 4000 M90 rated at 3650 hp each. It can reach a top speed of 25 knots.
