The buildings located at 5 Park Plaza at Jamboree Center and 18500 Von Karman at Irvine Towers in Orange County, California, are now LEED-Gold certified and the landmark Symphony Tower in San Diego, California is LEED-Silver certified. In addition, Irvine Company Office Properties’ Hyatt Center in downtown Chicago received certification as the company’s first LEED-Platinum building.

The recently acquired Hyatt Center is an award-winning 48-storey, 1.5 million square feet office property. Designed by renowned architect Henry Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, the office building was completed in 2005. Hyatt Center offers a distinctive and elegant elliptical design, which provides tenants with maximised setbacks and more expansive views than a conventional skyscraper. Additional amenities include a restaurant, two restaurant-quality tenant cafeterias, fitness and conference centers and a concierge service.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM), the LEED-Silver Certified and Energy Star Labeled Symphony Towers is widely seen as one of Downtown’s premier locations. Located on B Street in the Financial District, this granite-clad tower offers great views as well as on-site and nearby amenities.

Jamboree Center features five towers totaling 1.6 million square feet. Clad in gleaming travertine, the complex features high-speed elevators, vaulted glass lobby ceilings, covered walkways and ample structured parking. Extensive landscaping and generous open space provide park-like surroundings and pedestrian convenience.

Irvine Towers features four granite and glass office towers. This complex is richly landscaped with water features and sculptures, and ample on-site and off-site amenities. It features a distinctive architecture clad in reflective glass.

The green recognition was awarded in the ‘LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance’ category with a rating system that helps building owners and operators measure operations, improvements and maintenance on a consistent scale, with the goal of maximising operational efficiency while minimising environmental impact.
