The acquisition includes Creative’s Fossfill trademark and numerous patents for bedding products.
JS Fiber has stated that it plans to continue existing products and expand both the hospitality and retail collections. New product, service and policy information will be sent to all existing Creative Bedding Technologies customers.
Creative Bedding Technologies will relocate from Crystal Lake, Illinois to run as a division of JS Fiber in Statesville, North Carolina. The toll-free phone lines for Creative Bedding have already been transferred. Shipping of new products will begin in late February.
