Located in Clarksville, the one story, 76,000 square feet facility will offer 54 beds, six operating rooms and an emergency room.
The hospital will specialize in cardiology, general surgery, critical care, internal medicine, neurology and family practice.
The project was delayed due to the economic recession but it is now expected to open its doors to public in March.
