The new store also imbibes several green features abiding by LEED Gold standards. It has been fitted with Energy Star-certified roofs. The building also employs measures to offer fresh air ventilation, hence upgrading indoor air quality.
The facility has incorporated efficient plumbing systems and landscape design which lead to a reduction in water consumption. Use of reclaimed and regionally-sourced materials during construction add to its sustainability.
