WonderGliss imparts products with antimicrobial properties making them resistant to germs. Laufen previously introduced the WonderGliss finish to its Mimo shower curtain.
The shower curtain possesses antimicrobial properties, and is water, mildew and bacteria repellent. It can be washed at up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit of temperature. The innovative shower curtain, available in white or a pattern of interlaced loops in white and black, and pink and white, comes with the new bathtub/shower combination.
A vast majority of Laufen products feature WonderGliss that makes the surface of products so smooth that dirt and grime no longer hold and simply bead off, saving on washing time.
Furthermore, Wondergliss is durable as it is not just merely applied, but fired into the product during ceramics production. The Research Institute of Inorganic Materials confirms the benefits of WonderGliss: “Good beading behavior, high chemical and thermal resistance, maintainability, and abrasion resistance – it is the cleanest solution.”
