The new complex comprises a total of 120 apartments. Bulk of these apartments house two and three-bedroom homes. There are also 12 one-bedroom along with 12 four-bedroom residential units in the facility. The four-bedroom apartments of the complex span over an area of 1,415 square feet and consist of two and a half bathrooms.
Further, all the apartments of the facility employ measures which help it run low on energy as well as water consumption. Among the various other features of the facility include a computer centre, library, fitness center, pool, playground, conference room, in addition to picnic space.
