Spanning 2,500 square feet, Lukshon is housed in a warehouse that has been transformed into a state-of-the-art contemporary Asian space by Ana Henton. The space features an open kitchen with a six-seat chef’s counter, charcoal gray and black leather booths in the dining room with banquette seating, and a 16-seat communal table. The restaurant also features a 34-seat outdoor patio with a fire pit.
The entire space is adorned with stainless metal, walnut and teak detailing. The dining room features teak paneled details with white enamel ceiling panels. It also features a 12-seat bar and adjacent drink rail with a wine cabinet and wine-on-tap system set into a concrete wall.
Lukshon will feature contemporary menu that showcases Southeast Asian cuisine and its multicultural culinary influences by French, Dutch and Portuguese colonisation. It will also provide craft beer and wine list with a focus on Belgian-style ales and Central European whites to pair with Asian flavors.
Lukshon is owned by celebrated chef Sang Yoon of Father’s Office and James Bygrave.
