The project will be developed by Tri North of Wisconsin. Work will involve addition of a 100-seat Zaffiro’s Pizzeria and Bar restaurant to the facility which will replace one of the four existing primary auditoriums. The remaining auditoriums will undergo a makeover and will be equipped with reclining leather seats and side tables while providing enhanced leg space. The building will also feature a new entrance and lobby area following the overhaul,
The other 14 auditoriums possessing a seat capacity of 2,550 will incorporate wide, memory-foam velour cushioned seats with reclining backs as part of the facelift. The concession stand will be revamped along with the restrooms. The new seats are adjustable to meet individual needs and also offer better support. There will also be patio seating arrangements and iPads to facilitate the guests.
