The new facility is housed in a building spanning over an area of 13,000 square feet. The building originally incorporated an Ace Hardware Store and later TPC Cash & Carry. The floor sporting the sales facilities of the new building is nearly 25% more spacious compared to its existing Avenue of the Cities unit.
The store has been equipped with wider aisles as well as chrome shelving to give it a fresh and uncluttered style. In addition, there has been creation of a drive thru in the donation space which functions as a covered overhang, along with automatic doors to allow better access to the donation space.
