Mile One Automotive is a Baltimore-based auto dealership with 63 locations in the mid-Atlantic. The redeveloped 200,000 square feet structure will be named Towson City Center office tower.
The $27 million redevelopment scheme with retail stores, restaurants and a garage will be designed to become the focus of attraction of the town’s ongoing transformation into a residential and commercial hot spot.
The multi-million overhaul to create office and commercial space, will be designed to receive LEED–Silver or Gold certification. It will house more than 500 Mile One employees, other office tenants, an upscale restaurant, small retailers and about 300 parking spaces.
Caves Valley will transform the facility extensively with a new all-glass facade to take advantage of views in all directions.
