The yacht incorporates a unique style with a non-nautical approach. The main superstructure is made in the form of an iguana’s head whereas the decks and communication tower are formed in the shape of dorsal crests of lizards. It features a classic bow with stylistic aft. A full length roof window is featured on the top which resembles roof windows on contemporary cars.

Iwana will feature a master suite comprising owner’s salon, exterior balcony and private exterior deck space. Further, there will be two VIP cabins with private exterior balcony and folding bulwark platform, three double guest cabins in addition to one twin guest cabin. The bulwarks of Iwana will open into two fold-out platforms to maximise deck space aft. Other features of the yacht include two small balconies with two large bathing platforms. The berths of the yacht can accommodate 16 guests and 20 crews.

The hull is formed of steel with the superstructure made in aluminium. Powered by MTU 20V 4000 M73L engines, the yacht will attain a maximum speed of about 18 knots and a range of 6,900 nautical miles at 14 knots.
