Aspira, the 37-story apartment building features a number of sustainable elements and is the first building in Seattle to provide electric car recharging stations in its resident-only parking lot. The building is on track to be the first and only four-star certified built green high-rise residential building in Seattle.
The apartment tower features 325 homes with 22 unique floor plans. Every home in the apartment features clean lines, high ceilings and operable wall-to-wall windows. More than 40% of the residences are corner units and have decks or outdoor terraces.
The building’s public spaces have been decorated extensively with artwork, most of which are creation of the local artists.
The eleventh floor of the tower features a fully equipped fitness area and adjoining yoga studio, a media room and a large, furnished community room connected to an outdoor terrace.
The local project development team comprising Urban Partners, Keller CMS, LMN Architects and Turner Construction, completed the construction two months ahead of schedule and considerably within the budget, stated John Schwartz, northwest regional director of Keller CMS. Other project partners include O’Connor Capital Partners and Real Estate Capital Partners.
