Spanning 225,000 square feet, the highly environmentally conscious building will anchor the new Midtown Block and will be located on the southeast corner of Clinton Avenue and Main Street. It will be built using the skeleton of the Seneca Building on South Clinton Avenue on the site of the former Midtown Plaza that is currently being demolished.

The headquarters will include retail space, and a rooftop garden for public and private events. The project will feature advanced technology for energy efficiency, and sophisticated exterior LED lighting effects.

The building is expected to complete in June 2013. The telecommunications firm plans to move around 1,000 workers from its Perinton headquarters and other suburban sites into the downtown structure.

LaBella Associates and Clark Patterson Lee will be responsible for the electrical engineering and civil engineering pieces of the project respectively.
