The facility will house 22 rooms and nine suites. Wooden beamed ceilings with a height of up to 25 feet, arched windows, flowered terraces, and balconies will serve as some of the predominant design features. The windows will offer optimum natural light circulation in the guest rooms and suites.
The rooms and suites will be equipped with four-poster beds with some of the rooms sporting private plunge pools or jacuzzis. Some of the furnishings in the building will be crafted by artisans. The hotel will also install advanced technology. The facility will draw reference to the Carribean sea with use of pure white, deep blue and green tones throughout.
The property will also feature the Restaurant Alma with al fresco dining, the bar and poolside lounge, and the private terrace cum bar on its third storey. The terrace can be converted into a By Invitation Only lounge for locals and guests. The property’s restaurant, bar and outdoor terraces will be adorned with ironwork chandeliers.
