The new theatre, situated on the southwest end of the mall, will feature a large lobby comprising a self-serve concession space. It will be equipped with 12 massive floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall screens. The screens will possess 3D facilities and digital surround sound to showcase advanced digital projection.
The building will sport stadium-style seating arrangements with wide row spacing. The seats will be wider and comfortable with additional leg room. An auditorium of the new theatre will be fitted with 42 extra-wide D-BOX MFX rocking chair seats featuring high backs and tilt-up cupholder armrests. These seats will be programmed to match up with movie action through individual intensity controls, as well as a lever which helps reduce or increase movement of the seat.
The facility will feature four automated box office kiosks. It will also facilitate the hearing-disabled with the USL Closed Captioned System and the visually-impaired via the Descriptive audio system.
