The newly renovated, former Sheraton Suites Lexington hotel, consists of 155 single and double bedroom suites featuring king or two queen beds, with separate living and sleeping areas.
Each room now has been furnished with a 37 -inch flat screen TV in the living area as well as a 32-inch flat screen in each bedroom. The rooms also feature new furniture, beds, bedding, carpet, work desk, chair, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and whirlpool style bathtubs.
The common areas also have undergone a change. A new 24/7 business center has been installed. The restaurant and an outdoor dinning area also sport a completely new look after the makeover.
Doubletree Guest Suites Lexington hotel is located on Richmond Road in close proximity of the University of Kentucky and Kentucky Horse Park. The property was acquired in 2007 by Hospitality Ventures and RockBridge Capital through a joint venture.
