Herman Miller plans to release a limited edition product every year, hence only 500 chairs are produced. The chair has been designed by blending walnut veneer with refined cowhide-clad seat and back.
The model has been paired with a bold brown and white hair hide pattern. The cowhides have been hand selected and equal attention has been paid to the specially designed packaging and laser-engraved authenticity plate attached to the underside of the chair.
Each chair is paired with a signed and numbered limited edition print of the chair — framed in a corresponding leather and cowhide frame, by photographer Nick Merrick of Hedrich Blessing photographic studio.
