Consisting of 33,000 square feet of space, the state-of-the art exercise and wellness facility has been designed to cater to an exclusive clientele of the area. Featuring an array of high-end finishes, the project is constructed on the first two floors of an existing office building, located at 16830 Ventura Blvd.
The new facility features three exercise studios, two cardio areas, two strength and conditioning areas with free weights, a cycling studio, a spa treatment centre, men’s and women’s locker room areas, and a juice bar.
Adding more sophistication to the facility is an elegant staircase at the entrance. Custom flooring made of bamboo, cork and European oak materials has been employed inside. Special soundproofing, including a floating ceiling for sound attenuation has also been installed.
The construction also includes HVAC supports on the underside of the roof.
