The Etihad Towers, rising over 300 meters, comprises five towers including a high-end hotel to be managed by Dubai-based luxury hospitality company Jumeirah Group. The development will also host a retail mix at its podium level. Designed by Australian international design consultant DBI, the towers will be distinct with dramatic design elements.
Under the contract, DecoVision will carry out decoration works for the Jumeirah hotel comprising 400 guest suites and 182 serviced apartments. It will furbish a series of public areas such as the lobby, spa, gymnasium, beach bar and pool bar. DecoVision is also responsible to furbish 12 restaurants ranging from casual-chic to fine dining, and an observation deck that offers panoramic view in all directions. The firm will also help in selecting furniture, fit-outs, joinery and lay out of marble flooring and panels.
Located in the exclusive Khalideya area of Abu Dhabi, the striking 66-story hotel tower will include Jumeirah’s signature Talise spa, the latest in sports and recreation facilities, a high-end shopping boulevard and extensive conference and banqueting services.
The five iconic towers of the Etihad Towers scheme range in height from 55 to 77 stories. The towers will feature an array of amenities, including a boutique shopping mall, premium office tower, a hypermarket and quality residential apartments.
