The building imbibes several eco-friendly elements. Daylight is harvested in 90% of the office area which in turn reaps energy cost cuts. Light shelves have been installed along all its windows to allow maximum natural light penetration deep in the building. The lighting design leads to 35% more efficiency compared to ASHRAE specifications. The interior of the facility also features contrasting brightness with the use of light-toned surfaces and ceilings to reduce strain of the staff.

The building has been equipped with various other energy-efficient systems such as insulated walls and roof, spectrally selective double glazed shaded windows, high-performance equipment and advanced automation. Use of these measures have led in achieving 40% energy savings over ASHRAE norms. The entire energy requirement of the facility is met with green power.

Installation of efficient plumbing fixtures and reclaimed water to meet irrigation needs adds to the sustainability by cutting down 58% in total water usage. Further, 10% of the overall materials such as aluminum, glass and steel were reclaimed. Other green features include diversion of construction debris from reaching landfills, and procuring 41% of materials via regional sources.
