The 141-room Kempinski Al Othman Hotel – Al Khobar offers 57 suites including two Presidential Suites and a 250-square metre Royal Suite, in addition to 20 serviced apartments. All the rooms span between 42 and 47 square metres and feature quality furniture and fittings and advanced guest convenience technology.

The hotel will feature two banquet halls spanning 1,080 square metres each, a spacious pre-function area, four meeting rooms and a full fledged business centre. A parking space accommodating 200 cars will be featured along with wireless internet throughout.

The hotel will also offer various leisure facilities including a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool and Kempinski’s luxury Resense Spa brand. All of these will be housed beneath the central plaza of the complex, featuring a signature light overlooking the pool.

The hotel will include nine restaurants and cafes with three main restaurants offering a European all-day dining experience, a grill restaurant and an Asian speciality eatery. The cafes include the Skybridge Cafe between the two towers, a Roof Garden cafe, a patisserie, a pool snack bar and an Executive Lounge. The 1897 Cigar Bar completes the dining range of outlets.

Kempinski Al Othman Hotel – Al Khobar will be located next to the new twin tower headquarters of Al Othman Holding Company in Al Khobar. It is being developed by the Al Othman Holding Company.

The hotel would be the latest addition to the Kempinski Hotels’ portfolio of future properties in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which include Kempinski Hotel, Riyadh and Kempinski Hotel, Jeddah. These hotels are also expected to open during 2012.
