The project involved building an extra story on top of the existing building, renovation of the bar’s façade, and creation of a jazz club on the third floor.
The building was transformed by covering it with a rusted metallic panel. The exterior of the bar features two large rusted steel plates that open using hydraulic mechanisms that open into large windows. In the Jazz club, the architects have used transformable walls made of blackboards, which seek people’s artistic participation.
