The complex accommodates a total of 476 apartments. It includes 276 studio units with the remaining units being one- and two-bedroom apartments. The studio units are equipped with a living and sleeping area, a full kitchen, and bathroom. Also, 48 of the revamped units comply by Americans with Disabilities Act norms.
The remodelled units feature natural faux hardwood floor, and cabinetry made of rich maple while its appliances sport black shades. The units are also fitted with built-in microwaves, hardware and lighting package in a brushed nickel finish, several closets and plenty of other storage units. Tiled showers and crescent-shaped shower rods adorn the bathrooms of the redesigned buildings.
Among the various features of the community are a new learning centre equipped with advanced amenities, a cardio fitness centre, a community room to facilitate social events, a shaded lounge for the residents, courtyards, and a pool. The facility will also offer Wi-Fi service throughout. In addition, all the units of the apartment offer a green take with installation of energy-saving appliances and systems which run low on water usage.
