The scheme involves construction of a 10-storey building at St Pancras Way, in Camden. The new student tower will offer 563 high quality bed-spaces, which will be a mix of cluster apartments and spacious studios.

The ground floor of the building will also include a retail space for Travis Perkins. The external envelope of the building will be a mix of brickwork, curtain walling and metal cladding, which will be decorated with feature mesh screens.

The top of the building will be a green roof. The project will incorporate a host of sustainable features, and is being aspired for a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.

The construction on the project is scheduled to start in December 2012 with the building slated to open in 2014. Mansell has been appointed as main contractor for the design and build scheme.
