The facility is the first Marriott property to open in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province and the first hotel under the Renaissance Hotels brand to open in Pearl River Delta. It comprises a total of 342 rooms which includes 247 deluxe rooms, 76 club rooms, 18 club suites, and one Presidential suite. All the guestrooms encompass a minimum area of 47 square metres sporting LCD TV, and an iPod docking station. The rooms also offer internet and Wi-Fi access.
The interior of the building incorporate a contemporary style combined with authentic Chinese décor. Hakka motifs, Asian-inspired wooden walls and modern western art deco expressions serve as some of the prominent design features of the hotel.
The 47th and 48th storey of the hotel feature The Club Lounge which allows views of the West Lake and East River. The property also sports 11 dedicated meeting rooms and total event areas spanning 2,280 square metres. It includes a 550 square metres natural day light foyer offering full river view, as well as a grand ballroom covering an area of 1,380 square metres. The ballroom can be segregated into five segments. The banquet facilities of the hotel incorporate brightly art light and advanced sound system.
The hotel accommodates four restaurants and lounges on its 28th and 29th floors including the BLD café, Wan Li Restaurant with seven elegant private rooms, and The Lounge. It also houses the Enoch Touch Spa featuring seven treatment rooms, and indoor swimming pool with a glass roof. Other features include a fitness centre fitted with latest cardio machines, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room on the 30th level.
