The top floor of the hotel houses an executive lounge offering a panoramic view of the city. This new hotel is the third Courtyard branded property in Shanghai and joins a local portfolio that includes the 318-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel Shanghai Pudong and the 364-room Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui. The 456-room hotel is owned by Gain Year Development Real Estate Shanghai Co., Ltd. and operates under a long-term management agreement with Marriott International.
