The Skopje Marriott Hotel will be located in the city square, the hub of business and social activity near the Stone Bridge. The hotel spanning an area of 20, 000 square meters will feature 16 suites and one presidential suite, two lunch bars, spa center and garden at the top floor. The luxuriously appointed guestrooms will feature plush bed and bath linens, flat screen televisions, and high-speed Internet access.
Skopje Marriott Hotel is being developed under a management agreement with DivelopGrupDooel. The 180-room hotel to be built at a cost of EUR37 million ($46.98 million) will be the first international brand hotel in Skopje.
Marriott Hotels & Resorts operates nearly 500 hotels in 60 countries.
