The 245,000 square feet space of the new building is undergoing interior designing and renovation. The reception area on the third floor features Newmat ceiling, designed to match the shape and light of the bright and spacious lobby on the first floor. The reception area can even be viewed from the street outside thanks to the glowing star-scape effect of the roof.

DC office of HITT Contracting is doing the finishing touches to the interior construction. The interior will feature state-0f-the-art furnishings and décor.

Each floor of the office building features coffee lounge adjacent to the elevators. The coffee lounge is designed to resemble living room. This a place where Mayer Browners will gather for relaxed moments. The space will feature elements of a kitchen and pantry. The facility will also feature a communal table for spontaneous meet-ups and soft seating.

The firm is keen to maintain the building aesthetics form the exterior part also. They have decided not to place bookcases, desks or other high-profile objects against the glass. They will also keep the blinds in an all up or all down position. The conference room floor features food servery space. The first floor features a spacious town hall designed to seat 200 persons.

The office design is going ahead in a fast pace for the September opening.
