The new facility has been developed by Savage-based Fendler Patterson Construction. It is situated on 2.4 acres and spans over an area of 20,600 square feet. Work has already been completed on the store which abides by a host of green principles such as high-performance temperature and lighting controls running low on energy usage.
The building has been developed on a sustainable site and has been equipped with water-efficient indoor plumbing fixtures. Reduced water requirements for irrigation further reaps water cost cuts. In addition, use of an eco-friendly cleaning programme adds to the facility’s sustainability by upgrading the quality of indoor air.
