Besides showcasing its full range of 60m, 80m, 90m, 110m and 120m yachts, Oceanco also displayed its scale models with a hybrid propulsion system option. The propulsion system ensures minimum fuel use and maximum power.
Visitors could learn about Oceanco’s latest yacht under construction, the 85.60m Igor Lobanov-designed Y708, which is available for delivery in 2012. The Y708 yacht is designed to comply with the latest environmental regulations and engineering standards. The yacht’s most distinctive feature is a completely private owner’s deck. It also features spacious swimming pool, which can be converted into a helicopter landing area.
Oceanco also revealed its collaboration with London-based Weyves Couture and Lebanese designer Elie Saab, for the development and realization of a unique 117m project. The 117 meters megayacht features two owners’ suite, 10 guest suites, swimming pool, whirlpool, theater, spa, helicopter, car, tenders and water crafts signed by Elie Saab. The yacht is characterized by its high ceiling, an innovation that Saab exclusively introduced to the yacht industry.
ES-117’s hull is made of steel and an aluminum superstructure, and the yacht features modern exterior. Oceanco also displayed the 110m Sam Sorgiovanni design and the 120m superyacht designed by Nuvolari & Lenard.
